Death -- actions for wrongful death -- damages not excessive. In these actions to recover damages for death of plaintiff's decedents, caused proximately by the wrongful conduct and negligence of defendant's servant, it is held that neither of the two verdicts is so excessive as to indicate that passion or prejudice influenced the jury, and neither verdict is contrary to law.
