Descrição da editora
A jury convicted appellant of the offense of aggravated robbery and sentenced him to ninety-nine years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. On initial appeal, the First Court of Appeals reversed the conviction as to punishment because of the parole instruction included in the jury charge. See Urbano v. State, 760 S.W.2d 33 (Tex. App. -- Houston [1st Dist.] 1988, pet.refd). On remand, a jury sentenced appellant to forty years confinement and a ten thousand dollar fine. We affirm.
