Gladys A. Olson v. E. J. Evert

Action in the district court for Washington county to recover for injuries sustained by plaintiff when struck by defendants auto. The case was tried before Alfred P. Stolberg, Judge, and a jury. At the close of the evidence the court directed a verdict for defendant, and plaintiff appealed from an order denying her motion for a new trial.
