Gleklen v. Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee

Argued November 22, 1999 Opinion for the Court filed by Circuit Judge Randolph. This is an appeal from an order of the district court, Robertson, J., granting summary judgment for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee on three counts of unlawful discrimination alleged by Amy Gleklen, a former employee. We affirm because Gleklen did not rebut the Committee's reasonable, nondiscriminatory explanation for its employment decision.
