Descrição da editora
This appeal and cross-appeal stem from injuries Glen J Buoy sustained in a helicopter crash. The superior court held two trials on claims Buoy and his wife asserted against ERA Helicopters, Inc. (ERA) The Buoys appeal from the superior courts refusal to grant a third trial, and also challenge the superior courts award of attorneys fees to ERA. In its cross-appeal, ERA claims that the superior court erred in granting the Buoys first request for a new trial.
