Glenn W. Bundy and Another v. City Fridley

Action in the Anoka County District Court by Glenn W. Bundy and Doris Bundy to recover for the death of their minor son which
allegedly resulted from the illegal sale of intoxicating liquor by the defendants, the city of Fridley and the city of Columbia
Heights. The case was tried before Carl W. Gustafson, Judge, and a jury. At the close of plaintiffs' evidence, the court granted
