JEFFERS, J. -- This action was instituted in the superior court for Grays Harbor county, by Charles E. Glick, against Ray Ropes and wife, to recover damages sustained as the result of a collision between a truck driven by plaintiff Glick and Buick car driven by defendant Ray Ropes.
