Glover v. State

1 The appellant, Alex Glover, Jr., hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried and convicted in the District Court, Okmulgee County, for the crime of Grand Larceny, After Conviction of a Felony; his punishment was assessed at three (3) years imprisonment, and from said judgment and sentence a timely appeal has been perfected to this Court.
