This is an appeal of the trial court's entry of partial summary judgment in favor of appellee GM Development Corporation (hereinafter "GM") on a breach of contract claim. The trial court determined that appellant Community American Mortgage Corporation (hereinafter "CAMCO") was liable for accrued rent as the lessee of the premises, and appellant Community Shares, Ltd.
