Godbey v. State

1 The appellant, Jerry Godbey, was convicted in the District Court of Bryan County, Case No. CRF-84-17, of Attempted Rape and Forcible Sodomy, for which he received sentences of fifty years and twenty years imprisonment, respectively. He raises five assignments of error.
