Godfrey v. Pilon

This is an appeal by defendants, Gene and Thais Pilon, from a judgment of the district court, County of Beaverhead, which quieted title to an easement running across the land of defendants, in the plaintiffs, Lee and Vega Codfrey; Mariner and Gwen Ballard; and Dick Newton.
