Goggins v. Bookout

A collection agency, on the behalf of three union trust funds, sued a corporation for an accounting and judgment for all sums owing pursuant to certain collective bargaining agreements and declarations of trust. Following a non-jury trial, the District Court denied relief to the collection agency. The collection agency appeals.
