Golden Gate Development Co. v. Gilpin County Board of Equalization

In this property tax case, respondent, the Gilpin County Board of Equalization, appeals from an order of the Board of Assessment Appeals (BAA) which reduced the Countys valuation of property owned by petitioner, Golden Gate Development Company (taxpayer), for the 1991 property tax year. We affirm.
