Golley v. Workers Compensation Appeal Board

Raymond Golley appeals from the order of the Workers Compensation Appeal Board (Board), which reversed the decision of the Workers Compensation Judge (WCJ) to award Golley disability benefits pursuant to the Workers Compensation Act and dismissed Golleys claim petition as untimely. Golley contends that, while he filed his petition more than three years after the date on which he sustained the work-related injury, the three year statute of limitations under Section 315 was tolled.
