Gomez-Zuluaga v. Attorney General of the United States

Claudia Rocio Gomez Zuluaga ("Petitioner") seeks review of an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") affirming the denial of her request for asylum, withholding of removal, and relief under the Convention Against Torture ("CAT"). For the reasons that follow, we will grant the petition in part and deny it in part.
