Gonzalo Mitre v. La Plaza Mall

Gonzalo Mitre and Monica Canseco appeal from a take-nothing summary judgment rendered against them on their claims for defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy, negligence, gross negligence, and violation of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act (DTPA), against La Plaza Mall, M. S. Management Associates, Inc., and McAllen Mall Company (collectively "the Mall"). We reverse in part, and affirm in part.
