H. C. Jacobsen v. Aaron Dailey and Another

Action in the municipal court of Minneapolis, Hennepin county, to recover for damage to plaintiff's car arising out of a collision between it and one owned by defendant Aaron Dailey and operated by his son, the defendant Warren Dailey, wherein defendants counterclaimed for damage to their car. The case was tried before Harold N. Rogers, Judge, and a jury, and a verdict of $775 returned for plaintiff.
