Hasegawa v. Day

In this personal injury action the plaintiff, Kiyomi Hasegawa, appeals from the summary judgment entered by the trial court against her in favor of defendants, Victor A. Day and John W. Burgess, personal representatives of the Estate of John W. Day, and Jan O. Day. We reverse and remand with directions.
