Hatfield v. State

1 Wayne Hatfield and Taylor Hatfield have appealed from a judgment entered by the county court of Grant County wherein they were jointly tried before a jury on a charge of assault and battery on one Clarence Aebi, were found guilty, but the jury being unable to agree upon the penalty, left that to the court, who fixed punishment for each defendant at fifteen days imprisonment in the county jail, and to pay a fine of $50.
