Helena Mary Faro Gerlach v. State Alaska

Helena Mary Faro Gerlach was convicted of custodial interference in the first degree, a class C felony. AS 11.41.320. Gerlach appeals, arguing that the trial court erred in refusing to permit her to present a defense of necessity to the jury. We affirm.
