Henrietta Pearl Tipton v. Charles J

This is an appeal from an Industrial Accident Board order denying a claim for workmen's compensation for the death of appellant's husband. Death was caused by a rupture of an aneurysm on an artery in the brain. The rupture apparently happened during decedent's working hours.
