Appellant James G. Hetzel (Hetzel) appeals from the district courts grant of summary judgment finding that Appellants claims under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act are preempted by the Longshore and Harbor Workers Compensation Act (LHWCA or Act). We affirm.
