Hollywood v. Lombardi

We have for review a decision of the First District Court of Appeal that passed upon two questions certified by it to be of great public importance. See City of Hollywood v. Lombardi, 738 So. 2d 491, 494-95, 496-97 (Fla. 1st DCA 1999). We have jurisdiction. See art. V, § 3(b)(4), Fla. Const.
