Hubert Ferrier v. State Indiana

Hubert Ferrier, petitioner, appeals from the summary denial of his petition for post-conviction relief. His conviction on a first-degree murder charge was affirmed by this Court in Ferrier v. State, (1977) 266 Ind. 117, 361 N.E.2d 150. In this appeal, the petitioner raises two issues for our review: 1. Did the trial court err in summarily denying, without an evidentiary hearing, the petitioner's pro se petition for post-conviction relief?
