Hudson v. Mcdonald

Defendant McDonald appeals the July 11, 1986, summary judgment of the Fifth Judicial District Court, Madison County. The judgment voided McDonalds tax deed, validated Hudsons redemption of his property, and quieted title in Hudson against McDonald and the Madison County Treasurer. We affirm.
