Holly and Kodey Todd brought an action against the Missouri United School Insurance Council ("MUSIC") seeking payment of a $100,000 judgment entered against James Patterson, a substitute teacher in the Clark County R-1 school district ("district"). The trial court granted MUSICs motion for summary judgment and denied the Todds motion for summary judgment.
