In re Adoption of Coppersmith

The appellant, Shane Hall, claims that Ohios statutory scheme regarding putative fathers, R.C. 3107.06 et.seq., is unconstitutional, because it violates his right to due process and equal protection of the law under the United States and Ohio constitutions by denying him notice of, and the right to prevent, the adoption of his child, Taylor.
