In Re Appeal of Adoption of Lewis

1 The decisive questions presented in this appeal are (1) whether appeals from a decree of adoption in the Childrens Court of Oklahoma County should be taken to the district court or to the supreme court, and (2) whether the continuing jurisdiction of a district court over a minor child of the parties to a divorce action comes to an end when the child is adopted pursuant to childrens court adoption proceedings.
