The petition of cross-appellant, Anderson-Greenwood Aviation Corp., for rehearing by the panel is denied. The court, on its
own motion, amends its judgment in the following manner: 1. That the district court should certify to this court any further findings made by the bankruptcy court and any further
review made by the district court of those findings within a reasonable time after the district court has reviewed such findings
in accord with this court's opinion. In the event the matter is not otherwise disposed of by and between the parties, the
findings of the bankruptcy court and the review of those findings by the district court may be certified to this court for
further review without the necessity of filing a new notice of appeal.
