In Re Blakeney

Jason Blakeney has filed a petition for writ of mandamus in which he asks this Court to order District Judge Clay Gossett to rule on two motions Blakeney states he filed against the mother of his child and the mothers attorney. His purported motions seek an order of contempt against the mother and sanctions against her attorney, based on the mothers alleged statements about him made to the court and the attorneys purportedly outrageous contentions made in pleadings seeking to terminate Blakeneys parental rights. Because the mandamus record is insufficient to support relief, we deny Blakeneys petition.
