In Re Boddy

SUHRHEINRICH, Circuit Judge. Debtor Brian Alan Boddy and the law firm of Rice, Seiller, Cantor, Anderson & Bordy ("law firm"), appeal from an order of the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky affirming an interim award of attorney's fees granted by the bankruptcy court. Because the bankruptcy court applied an improper legal standard in determining the amount of attorney's fees, we vacate and remand.
