1 This appeal involves the termination of a natural fathers parental rights in relation to his two minor daughters. The father, Mr. Jimmy Boyer, and mother, Mrs. Madeline Boyer, were married in 1961, and their minor daughters, Natalie and Melinda were born in 1962 and 1963, respectively.
