In Re Brungard

This is an appeal from an order finding appellant to be a mentally ill person under ORS 426.005(2)(b) and (c)*fn1 and involuntarily committing him for 180 days. The issues are the sufficiency of the evidence and the constitutionality of ORS 426.005(2)(c). We review de novo. ORS 19.125(3); State v. O'Neill, 274 Or 59, 545 P2d 97 (1976).
