Following a bench trial, the trial court terminated Ruby Daviss parental rights to C.R. On appeal, Davis challenges the trial courts judgment, contending the trial court erred in admitting Daviss drug test results and the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to support the trial courts termination order. We affirm.
