In Re Cheesman

TIMBERS, Senior Circuit Judge. Appellant Tennessee Student Assistance Corporation (TSAC) appeals from an order entered in the Middle District of Tennessee, L. Clure Morton, District Judge, which (1) affirmed the bankruptcy court's order that appellees Dallas and Margaret Cheesman's student loans were dischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8)(B) (1988 & Supp. IV 1992), and (2) affirmed the bankruptcy court's eighteen-month stay of its order discharging the Cheesmans' loans.
