In Re Dominick Q‪.‬

The child appeals an order of the childrens court transferring this case to the district court. He argues that the delinquency petition should be dismissed because the transfer hearing was not held within thirty days. He also argues that there was insufficient evidence for the court to find that there were reasonable grounds to believe that he had committed the alleged delinquent act of murder. We affirm.
