In Re Estate of George E. Fox

Albert Fox and Daniel J. Fox appeal the trial courts awarding of a certificate of deposit to the Estate of George E. Fox contending they are joint tenants with a right of survivorship. Florence Leinweber, Gerald Fox, and the Estate of George E. Fox cross-appeal contending the trial court erred in refusing to award other certificates and a savings account to the Estate of George E. Fox. We reverse in part and affirm in part.
