In this accounting proceeding, the mother and guardian of the infant plaintiff (the plaintiff) in a negligence action commenced in the Supreme Court, Bronx County, seeks a reserve pursuant to SCPA 1804 to insure that estate funds will be available to pay at least a portion of the recovery that she envisions obtaining in the negligence action.
