In Re Estate of Head

This appeal concerns whether the trial court erred by granting (1) the request of a will opponent for deemed admissions and (2) summary judgment in the opponents favor based on those deemed admissions. For the reasons set forth below, we conclude this Court lacks jurisdiction and, therefore, dismiss the appeal.
