In Re Estate of Hofacker

1 Lyle Hofacker appeals an order invalidating a codicil to his mother, Margaret Hofackers, will. Lyle argues the circuit court applied the wrong legal standard and contends the courts conclusion that his mother lacked testamentary capacity when she signed the codicil was clearly erroneous. We disagree and affirm.
