In Re Estate of Joseph Dire

A hearing panel of the Supreme Court Grievance Committee unanimously approved the findings of fact of a hearing board and its recommendation that the respondent be disbarred and assessed costs. Neither the assistant disciplinary counsel nor the respondent has excepted to the panels action. We accept the panels recommendation.
