In Re Estate Of Kurt H. Bergau

Did the trial court err in finding the option provision of the will of the decedent to be ambiguous and, therefore, also err in admitting extrinsic evidence of the testator's intent?  The Court of Appeals reversed. In re Estate of Bergau, 37 Wash. App. 903, 684 P.2d 734 (1984). We reverse the Court of Appeals.
