construing the terms of a testamentary trust and providing for
the distribution of its funds. In a preliminary way, noting as we do that the family
relationships involved in this appeal are somewhat complicated,
it is perhaps advisable at this point to set out these
relationships in detail in order that future readers may have a
clear and concise picture of the degrees of relationship
indigenous to this appeal. The facts necessary to a proper
understanding of the case itself, as well as a determination of
the issues therein involved, are not in dispute and were in fact
stipulated in the district court.
