In Re Estate of Timothy G. Granberry

The controversy before us pertains to a claim against a decedents estate wherein the claimant maintains that decedent had held 25 acres of land in trust for claimant and, at the time of his death, was similarly holding in trust proceeds from the sale of this land. The trial court allowed the claim and we affirm.
