In this will contest, appellant argues that the district court clearly erred in determining that appellant did not meet his burden of proving that decedents November 2002 will was the result of respondents undue influence and did not meet his burden of proving that decedent lacked testamentary capacity. Appellant also challenges denial of his request for attorney fees under Minn. Stat. § 524.3-720 (2004).
