Jacquelyn Ann O'Brien v. Gerald Joseph

TODD, PRESIDING JUDGE This is a divorce case in which there is no complaint as to the adjudication of the issues between the original parties, but the defendant, Gerald Joseph O'Brien has appealed from that portion of the judgment which dismissed his third party complaint against the third party defendant, Sara Hicklen, seeking an equitable lien and/or constructive trust in respect to a home and surrounding 10 acre tract owned by the third party defendant.
