Jean Mcdonald v. Robert M. Fryberger and

Action in the district court for St. Louis county to recover for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff while employed as a domestic servant by defendants. The case was tried before Edward Freeman, Judge, and a jury, and a verdict of $8,000 returned for plaintiff. From a judgment for defendants notwithstanding the verdict, plaintiff appealed.
