Jerold E. Murphy v. Country House

Action in the Washington County District Court brought by Jerold E. Murphy, a shareholder in Country House, Inc., against said corporation and its other shareholders for a declaratory judgment establishing his interest in said corporation to be one quarter; involuntary dissolution of said corporation; and damages from defendants Kenneth H. Johnson and Gregory W. Johnson for losses allegedly sustained by reason of their misconduct. The court, Leslie L. Anderson, retired judge, granted defendants motion for summary judgment, and plaintiff appealed from the judgment entered.
