Jerry D. Schaeffer v. State Personnel

Jerry D. Schaeffer appeals from an order dismissing his petition for judicial review of a decision of the State Personnel Commission. The sole issue is whether the trial court erred as a matter of law when it ruled that a federal court judgment was res judicata on Schaeffers handicap discrimination claim before the commission. We conclude that the trial court correctly decided the issue and affirm the order.
