Jerry Haskett v. State Indiana

Brenda S. Rife was convicted of deception, welfare fraud, a class A misdemeanor and was sentenced to a fine of $100 plus costs and restitution in the amount of $738 of overpayment to the Welfare Department. In appealing that conviction, she raises the following issues:[Footnote 1]
